The Eyescreening.eu platform has been created to promote eye health in the general population, as well as to encourage people to look after their eyes and eyesight properly. The platform provides users with guidance on eye health via a quick three-minute test. Based on the results from this test, it also offers a list of centres and professionals to visit so an ophthalmologist can provide a clinical diagnosis and, when necessary, establish the corresponding treatment.
How can I access the vision test?
In order to take your vision test at Eyescreening.eu, you just need to answer a few short questions about your visual health and create an account in order to see the results.

How has the platform been created?
This platform has been developed by Edryx Healthcare with the support of Bayer thanks to the collaboration of a group of ophthalmology experts, and its purpose is to help prevent eye disease and allow people to check their visual health from the comfort of their own home.
How is my medical information treated on this platform?
You are hereby informed that EDRYX HEALTHCARE, S.L., as data controller, will process the data for the purpose of improving the early detection systems for eye disease in registered users through the assessment of medical questions, which implies the creation of profiles, and making said information available to a doctor in the event that the data subject has so expressly requested and consented. If they so wish, the data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion of the data, as well as requesting limitation on the processing of their personal data, opposing said processing, requesting the portability of their data, requesting to not be subject to automated individual decisions, where appropriate, and withdrawing their consent at any time by sending an e-mail to legal@edryx.net or writing to Calle dels Arbres nº1, 4ª planta, 08912 Badalona (Barcelona), including a copy of their identity document (DNI/NIE).

I now have the results from my vision test. Are they reliable?
The vision test has been designed by ophthalmology experts based on clinical decision trees. Nonetheless, please remember that the purpose of this platform is to provide information only and said information should not be taken as a doctor’s opinion or a diagnosis. In the event of a medical emergency, we recommend going to your nearest ER department.
Are the results from this test considered as a diagnosis?
The results obtained after completing the test and any information provided on the platform are for information purposes only and are not considered as a diagnosis under any circumstances.
